Reserve amount will not be disclosed. Seller has the right to reject any and all bids. Any announcements the day of auction will supersede any prior advertisement. Closing will take place at Newton County Abstract & Title within 30 days of Auction. 15% non refundable is due the day of auction, if you win the bid. Contract will NOT be contingent on any loan, appraisal, inspections, etc. The contract will only be contingent the title commitment, which you will have a copy of the day of auction to review before placing your bids. Survey will only be completed if the property is sold as a split. Otherwise, no survey will be provided.
